Simply Bee products are handcrafted using trusted formulations of Hopefield fynbos honey, propolis, beeswax and essential oils. Since our great-grandfather began beekeeping in the 1920s, we take pride in our deep knowledge of bees, appreciation for nature, and commitment to sustainability, all of which have been passed down through generations. This legacy is reflected in our modern, slow-process production centre in Hopefield. Our products are free from parabens, synthetic fragrances, harmful chemicals, and palm oil, and we ensure that no animals are harmed in the creation of our products.

Raw Citrus Honey - 500g

Our bees collect nectar from citrus blossoms. Our raw citrus honey is brought straight from the hive using traditional harvesting methods, without filtering, irradiating, or processing. The colour, flavour, and consistency naturally vary depending on the blossoms. All Simply Bee honey is also badger-friendly.

Directions:

Use raw citrus honey as a natural sweetener in tea, coffee, or smoothies, or drizzle over toast, pancakes, or yoghurt. It's perfect for adding flavour to dressings, marinades, or desserts, and can also be taken on its own for soothing sore throats.

Raw Eucalyptus Honey - 500g

Our bees gather nectar from eucalyptus flowers, and our raw eucalyptus honey is delivered straight from the hive using traditional harvesting methods, without filtering, irradiating, or processing. The honey’s colour, flavour, and consistency vary naturally depending on the blossoms. All Simply Bee honey is badger-friendly.

Ingredients:

100% Raw Eucalyptus Honey. Our bees gather nectar from eucalyptus flowers, and our raw eucalyptus honey is delivered straight from the hive.

Directions:

Drizzle over toast, yoghurt, or oatmeal for a touch of sweetness. Use as a natural sweetener in tea, coffee, or smoothies, and as a substitute for sugar in recipes. It's also perfect for enhancing marinades, sauces, or baked goods. Stir a spoonful into warm tea or water to soothe a sore throat.

Our bees gather nectar from the local Fynbos, a remote area free from commercial farming, minimising exposure to pesticides. We never feed or medicate our bees. Our raw Fynbos honey is delivered straight from the hive, using traditional harvesting methods. We do not filter, irradiate, or process the honey in any way. Honey naturally varies in colour, flavour, and consistency based on the blossoms the bees visit. All Simply Bee honey is also badger-friendly.
