Using Our Website

By accessing this site, you confirm that:

  • You'll use the site for lawful purposes only
  • You won't attempt to hack, disrupt, or do anything shady

Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
  • Prices are listed in ZAR
  • SISU Gifting is not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged or included in product prices at this time
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed

VAT Registration (Future-Proof Clause)

SISU Gifting is not currently registered for Value-Added Tax (VAT) in South Africa.

If and when VAT registration becomes applicable:

  • Prices displayed on the website will be updated accordingly
  • VAT will be charged at the prevailing statutory rate
  • Customers will be notified of any pricing changes where required by law

Product Information

We do our best to ensure all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate, but:

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be shown to scale
  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Product specifications may change without notice

Real life is slightly less Instagram-filtered.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • We work with third-party couriers and pack everything with excessive care (seriously, it's a lot of bubble wrap)
  • Risk passes to the customer only once goods are delivered and accepted
  • We remain responsible for your order until it's safely in your hands
  • We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control, but we'll always help chase a missing parcel

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please read it before making a purchase.
